A spin-in chemical anchor is a fixing system that uses a pre-filled resin capsule inserted into a drilled hole, followed by spinning a threaded stud into the capsule to break and mix the resin. As the stud rotates, the capsule releases and blends bonding resin and hardener, filling the hole around the stud. Once cured, the resin creates a very strong chemical bond between the stud and the base material. This method is particularly effective in solid concrete and hard masonry where high strength and load performance are required. High-load and critical installations where mechanical anchors may not be suitable.
